The location is a gem, right by the Plaza de Armas, with access to various attractions like the Inca museum. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, great value for only 6 soles. The staff, especially the lovely Livia at the front desk, provided amazing service, always ready to help with a smile. I did notice the pillows weren't very comfortable, challenging to get a good night's sleep. I'd also suggest offering breakfast boxes for early tours, as it would enhance the experience who start their day before 6:30 AM. it combines charm and convenience.

Positive, This place is super close to Plaza de Armas with fine night views. The atmosphere is calm and perfect. The staff is always ready to help and the breakfast area has a cozy vibe. Highly recommend for a good stay 🌟

Just a nice choice for a short visit in Cusco with really good value. The cozy beds were great for resting after long days exploring. Try to secure a room higher up for a quieter stay.

The stay was wonderful, especially because of the hotel's prime location right next to the beautiful plaza and within walking distance to many attractions like the ChocoMuseo and the Convent of Santo Domingo. My room offered a perfect view and was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploration. I appreciated the healthy breakfast each morning. It was a great start before heading out to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Check-in and luggage storage were also smooth.

The location was ideal. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from my room. The complimentary tea in the lobby was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a good selection, prepared by an attentive staff member who made sure everything was refreshed throughout the morning.
